Twenty-five years ago I started a sole proprietorship, Forgrave Business Forms, where I sold – as the name suggests – business forms and business stationery. Because of my interests and my degree in fine arts, I soon found myself providing much more to my clients; I designed logos and facilitated print projects ranging from brochures to labels to annual reports and more. Over the years, as the needs of my clients changed, so did the company evolve by adding updated computer and web capabilities as well as a name change to reflect them: Signals Print & Digital Media.
Yet, what has always been the strength of the company remains: Signals, even in this era of box companies and franchises, is a sole proprietorship where personal attention to clients is possible – and, more importantly – paramount. I provide everything from design consultation to execution to print and web services – just like a lot of companies in the Lansing area. But, because I am not tied to one printer or employer, I am able to offer competitive pricing and consistent service. My overhead is not that of a big company, and I don't have to negotiate prices from one perch. I design and develop marketing projects from concept to delivery or any portion thereof.

I think it shows.
